Meeting Minutes
June 24, 2004
A meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board of Trustees was held at
11:00 a.m. on June 24, 2004 in Room 326 of the City Administration Building.
Present: Marion Doss, Danny Farrar, Robert Johnson, Pete Reagan Ronnie Wood, City
Clerk Sondra Smith, City Attorney Kit Williams, and Marsha Farthing.
Absent: Mayor Coody
The meeting was called to order by Marion Doss.
Approval of the May 27. 2004 Meeting Minutes:
Pete Reagan moved to approve the May 27, 2004 minutes. Ronnie Wood seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 6-0. Mayor Coody was absent.
Approval of the Pension List for July. 2004:
Marion Doss: Has there been any changes to the Pension List?
Pete Reagan: Danny Farrar has been added to the list.
Pete Reagan moved to approve the June Pension List. Robert Johnson seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 6-0. Mayor Coody was absent.
Longer Investments:
Marion Doss: The next item is the report from Longer Investments. Does anyone want to
expand on this report?
Pete Reagan: On the bottom of Page 5 the total portfolio current yield is 3.1%.
New Business:
Budget report for 04/30/04:
Marion Doss: The next item is the budget report.
Pete Reagan: Do we have anything we should take note of on the budget report?

Other Business:
Pete Reagan: Did we come up with a cost of what Arvest is going to charge us for direct
deposit, do we know that yet, it was estimated at $200.00.
Marsha Farthing: It should be about that amount.
Sondra Smith: Since I am emailing The Monitor to you I am not putting a copy of it in the
packet.
Kit Williams: I still have not heard anything from Ashland.
Meeting Adjourned at 11:10 am.
