Trish Leach in Accounting called me today and the future supplement funds came in today and will be on the September pension checks. Pete Reagan: Can we make sure and send out a note explaining to the retirees that this is a one time payment. This is money that is left over in the Act 833 money that the governor had the discretion to spend but the legislation saw fit to give it to the pensioners. That's actually not a change but it will be on next month's check. Will the checks go out this month? Gina Roberts: She said it would be on the September checks. Pete Reagan: So we need to approve this with the supplement added. Pete Reagan moved to approve the September, 2005 Pension List with the supplement added. Marion Doss seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 4-0. Danny Farrar, Ronnie Wood and Sondra Smith were absent.
