Meeting Minutes
June 29, 2006
A meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund was held at 11:00 AM on June
29, 2006 in Room 326 of the City Administration Building
Pete Reagan called the meeting to order
Present: Marion Doss, Teddy O'Neal, Pete Reagan, Ronnie Woods, City Clerk Sondra
Smith, Trish Leach, Accounting.
Absent: Mayor Coody, Dennis Ledbetter
Pete Reagan recognized the newest board member Ted O'Neal and welcomed him to the board.
Approval of the May 25, 2006 Meetin2 Minutes:
Ronnie Wood moved to approve the May 25, 2006 Meeting Minutes. Marion Doss
seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 5-0. Mayor Coody and Dennis
Ledbetter were absent.
Approval of the Pension Lists:
Approval of the Revised June, 2006 Pension List
Pete Reagan asked Sondra to explain the difference in the revised June and the July Pension
Lists.
Sondra Smith stated the gross amount is the same on both pension lists. The difference is the net
amount due to Eileen Jenkins changing her tax withholding.
Marion Doss moved to approve the Revised June, 2006 Pension List. Ronnie Wood
seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 5-0. Mayor Coody and Dennis
Ledbetter were absent.
Approval of the July, 2006 Pension List:
Teddy O'Neal moved to approve the July, 2006 Pension List. Marion Doss seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 5-0. Mayor Coody and Dennis Ledbetter were
absent.

Old Business:
Elections — Pete Rea2an and Marion Doss were elected
Pete Reagan: Congratulations to Marion Doss and Pete Reagan for being re-elected to the
pension board.
Sondra Smith: We did not get any write in votes.
Longer Investments Monthly Report:
A copy of the Longer Investment monthly report was given to the board.
