property was originally purchased for street right-of-way needs. It has
been determined that it is no longer needed for future street

recommendation from Parks and Recreation Staff and PRAB concerning
the use of this property. The land is located on Gregg Street between
Stone and 6th Streets. It is west of the proposed Center Prairie Trail.
Hill asked if the park will be on a regular maintenance schedule.
Coles replied the maintenance staff will review the property for
hazards but the park will receive minimal maintenance care.
June 7, 2004 / 2

Parks intervene and keep maintenance of the park.
Ms. Lankford stated that her sister, Mary, was the person who began
to maintain the property. She stated her concern was with the

maintaining this property will Parks staff still maintain the park.
