HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session at
6:00 p.m., January 28, 2016, in the City Administration Building, Room #111,
Fayetteville, AR.
Mike Emery, Chairperson'called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Mike Emery, Christopher White, Carma Unruh
and Christopher Terry
Commissioners Absent: Matthew Cabe
Others Present: Laura Higgins

None
New Business
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Board Meeting -No corrections or
changes to the December 17, 2015 Regular Board Meeting Minutes and the board
approved unanimously.
B. Approval of November 2015 Balance Sheets & December 2015 Financial
Statements -Statements and balance sheets were reviewed and there being no
questions Mr. Terry motioned to accept the November 2015 Balance Sheets &
December 2015 Financial Statements, seconded by Mr. White and carried
unanimously.
C. Approval of Resolution No. 1040 -To Charge Off Delinquent Accounts of Former
Tenants for Period 10/01/2015 -01/01/2016 -Mr. White motioned to accept
Resolution No. 1040, seconded by Mr. Terry and carried unanimously.
D. Approval of Resolution No. 1041 -Authorizing the Charge Off of Certain Non -
Expendable Equipment that was Junked -Mr. Terry motioned to accept Resolution
No. 1041, seconded by Mr. White and carried unanimously.
E. Approval of Resolution No. 1042 -Adopting Revised Policy for the Section 8
Housing Choice Voucher and VASH Program -Mr. White motioned to approve
Resolution No. 1042, seconded by Mr. Terry and carried unanimously.
F. Executive Director's Report -In Ms. Smiley's absence, Ms. Higgins reviewed the
written report with the board.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Regular
Board Meeting on February 25, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
