Whereas, the City Council of the City 'of Fayetteville, Arkansas, did on the 20`h day of
June, 1919, pass Ordinance 393, being an Ordinance to prescribe and regulate Licenses
for certain privileges in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. •
Whereas said Ordinance, among other things, fixed an annual license to be charges for
engaging in or carrying on the business of a broker for the buying or selling of any
cotton, grain, bonds, securities, stock, or shares or stock for others at $100.00.
