WHEREAS CARROLL AVENUE, located between Blocks One (1) and Two (2) of
Harrison Addition to the City of Fayetteville,"Arlansas is so located
and situated as to be unnecessary to the public as a thoroughfare, and
is so rough -that the expense of putting it in a usable condition is
prohibitive; •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas:
SECTION 1.T hat Carroll Avenue. located between Blocks One(1) and
Two (2) of Harrison Addition to the City of Fayetteville. Arkansas,
be, and the same is by said City of Fayetteville,hereby vacated,and
said property shall hereafter not be known or used as one of the pub-
lic Street, avenues or alleys of the said City of Fayetteville.
SECTION 2 -.The said City of Fayetteville hereby releases all claim,
right,NN title, or interest of any kind or nature whatsoever in and to
said property now known as Carr&ll Avenue, extending from East Spring
Street to East Center. Street. in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
SECTION'3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions.in conflict
herewith be, and.the same are hereby repealed.
