Whereas, the duties of Night Watchman, has been increased
by reason polio service, required of him.
Therefore, Resolved b the City Council of Fayetteville that
the sum of Five Dollars ($ 00) per month be paid by the
city in addition to the salary •aid said Night Watchman
for such police duty.
