Resolved by the City Council of the City. of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
(1) That the side -walk to be constructed as heretofore
ordered by the City Council on the east side of Block Street abutting
on the property of H. M. Hudgens immediately South of the Public
Square shall be located on the grade heretofore or that may here-
after be established by the City engineer that the concrete of said
sidewalk shall be not less than eight feet wide and the curbing
shall be placed ten feet from the property line along said property.
(2) That the sidewalk to be constructed as heretofore
ordered by the City Council on the east side of East Street abutting
on the property of W. H. Whitmore and A. C. Hamilton immediately
South of Mountain Street shall be located on the grade heretofore
of that may hereafter be established by the City engineer that the
concrete of said sidewalk' :shall not be less than Eight feet wide
and the curb shall be Ten feet from the property line along said
property,
(3) That the sidewalks are hereby ordered to be constructed
along the South side of Sutton Street in front of lots 1..1B and
3 in Block 16, Masonic addition as shown on Burnes & McDonnell's
map. Such walk shall be four Beet wide exclusive of curb which

shall be not less than four inches in thickness.
(4) That all of said sidewalks shall be constructed of
material perscribed and in the manner directed by the City
Ordinances.
