A Resolution Requiring Property—Owners along Arkansas Avenue to Construct
* Curbing along such property, and specifying kind, thereof.* *
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILkE,ARRAYSAS:'e

FIRST: That the owners of all property abutting on the East side of
Arkansas Avenue between Ida Avenue and Maple Street be and theyare hereby
required to construct Curbing in front of said property within Thirty(30)
Days from notice hereof: such Curbing to conform to existing City Ordinances.* *
Second: That the owners of property abutting on the North side of Ida Avenue
be and they are hereby required to construct Curbing in front of the said
property within Thirth(30) Days
from notice hereof, conforming to existing
City Ordinances. * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Third: That in all cases the ends of Sidewalks and Parking intersecting
crose_otreets and alleys shall be protected by curbing the same ae the
front of such Sidewalk or parking as the case may be. * * *
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS FLEVENTH DAY of SEPTEMBER, 1908.
