BE IT RESiOVED By the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
(1) That the property owners on both sides of Reagan Street be
and they are hereby required to extend the curbing line on
said street a. distance of Ten (10) Feet from the property
line, instead of Eight (8) feet as before ordered. * *
(2) That this Resolution be in force from and after its adoption.
Adopted this thirty-first day of July, 1908.
