BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
(1) That the sidewalks along both sides of Spring Street
east of College Avenue and west of the branch may and they
are hereby directed to be put in so that the inside of said
walks coincide with the property lines. * * * as *
(2) That all former Resolutions and Rules, in so far as they
are in conflict with this Resolution, be and they are hereby
revoked and repealed, and this Resolution be in force from
and after its adoption. x * * * *
ADOPTED this thirty -.first day of July, 1908.
