HomeMy WebLinkAbout06-08 RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION A RESOLUTION Requiring certain Streets to be Parked. etc. BE IS RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Ark.: (1) That the curb lines on Arkansas Avenue shall be located a distance of Twelve (12) feet from the property line on the east side of said avenue, and Twelve (12) feet from the stone wall on the west line of said avenue. - F x 3r * (2) That the curb lines on Ida Avenue shall be located Ten (10) feet feet from the property lines on each side of said avenue. • (3) That the curb lines on Reagan Street shall be fixed Eight (8) feet from the property lines on each side of said street. ;r i RESOLVED -FURTHER, That the property owners along the lines of said above described streets and avenues be and they are hereby required to put in said curbing at the time the walks are laid, and to fill in with earth the parking between the curb and the concrete walk.
