BE IT RESOLVED BY TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS.
(1) That the owners of the following described real-estate in the
City of Fayetteville be and that they are hereby required to construct sidewalks
and curbings conforming to the City Ordinances, along said property, to wit:
Lots four (4) and five (5) and ninety (90) feet off the west side of Lot.
five -a (5a),•in VanWinkle's Second.Addition to the City of Fayetteville;
all situated on the north sido of East Spring Street, between College Avenue
and Willow Street; said walks to bo Four (4) feet wide exclusive of tho

(2) That this Resolution be in force from and after its adoption. **
ADOPTED This 14th day of July, 1908.
