BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
(1) That the Street Commissioner be and he is
hereby appointed Inspector of Sidewalks, Inspector of
Pluming and Inspector of Sewer Connections in addition
to his regular duties during the vacancy of the office of
the City Engineer.

(2) That the election of a City Engineer be
indefinitely postponed. * :• -,

(3) That this Resolution be in force and effect.
