BE IT RESOLVED 13y the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
FIRST, That the grade established by the City Engineer on
Dickson Street between the main track of the Frisco Railroad and
the east lino of West Street under Resolution of the Council adopt-
ed April 13, 1908, be and the same is hereby approved and establish-
ed as the grade of said street between said points. * *
SECOND, That the Street Commissioner is hereby directed to
raise said street to the required grade between the points named,
at the earliest date practicable, to be determined by the Street
Committee. * * *

THIRD; That the property owners along the north side of
Dickson Street between the west line of West Street and the plat-
form of the Frisco Depot be and he is required to construct a
sidewalk six (6) feet wide between said points conforming in
material and structure to the requirements of the City Ordinandes
and that in like manner the owners of the property along the south
side of Dickson Street between the main track of the Frisco
Railroad and the platform of the Fayetteville Wholesale Grocer
Company be and he is hereby required to construct a sidewalk six
(6) feet wide between said points to be of like material and
structure, tj e same to be placed on the grade established by the
City Engineer. *

FOURTH, That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to
transmit to the General Manager of the Frisco Railroad Company
a diagram of the section of Dickson Street between said points
above named showing the present grade and the grade herein

established, both of the street and of the sidewalks, and to advise
the said. General manager of the Frisco Railroad Company that the
several tracks crossing Dickson Street between the points
named must be raised to the street grade. * *

FIFTH, That the owner of the property along both the north
and the south sides of Dickson Street between the east line of the
main track of the Frisco R. R. and the west line of the Railroad
Right of Way be and he is hereby required to construct a sidewalk
six (6) feet wide between said points, the same to conform
in material and structure to the requirements of the City Ordinances
and to be placed on the grade -established by the City Engineer.

SIXTH, That the Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to notify
'the said General Manager of the Frisco Railroad.Company of the order
herein made relative to sidewalks on the north and south sides
of Dickson Street and that it is required that said sidewalks be
put within thirty (30) days from notice hereof.K * * * * * *
SEVENTH, That this resolution take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
