MINUTES OF A MEETING OF
TECHNICAL PLAT REVIEW
A meeting of the Technical Plat Review Committee was held on Tuesday, October 8, 1996
at 9:00 a.m. in room 111 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Other Comments: Mr. Lynn Farrell stated they had moved the south property line of tract A to
allow for more parking room so the trees would not have to be disturbed. A revised plat
refecting this change was distrubuted to staff.
Ms Little stated they would need at 25' public access along the west side to help provide for
future circulation. There is a subout on the east side which can connect with Jewel Street to the
south. They would make the right -of -way available in the future in case the surrounding area
was developed.
Mr. Farrell described the property and informed them that the potential buyers did not plan to
develop for several years.

through to the other side. He questioned the load that would be required by the facility. He
though they might need a three phase pad on a transformer setting and he did not know where
they would place it unless it was by the cooler. The pad would have to maintain national
standards and would be approximately 8' X 9'. He questioned if they had reached the railroad
right -of way, adding he would need to cross the tracts to the west and on their permit they had
sent in had informed them there was a 100' right of way. The lighting will have to be discussed
with Mr. Franklin. They would ask for a donation of $595.00 per light. Have the electrical
engineer call him as soon as he is selected.
