Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas. ITEMS CONSIDERED ACTION TAKEN LS99-17: Williams, pp474 Approved MEMBERS PRESENT MEMBERS ABSENT Don Marr Conrad Odom Lee Ward Lorel Hoffman STAFF PRESENT STAFF ABSENT Janet Johns Ron Petrie Brent Vinson Tim Conklin Dawn Warrick • • • Transcript of a Meeting of the Subdivision Committee July 15, 1999 Page 2 LS99-17: LOT SPLIT WILLIAMS, PP474 This item was submitted by Fletcher Williams for property located at 406 Double Springs Road The property is in the planning growth area and contains approximately 5.035 acres. The request is to split the property into 2 tracts of approximately 1 acre and 4.0335 acres. Fletcher Williams was present on behalf of the project. Staff recommended approval subject to the following conditions: 1. Plat review and subdivision comments. Staff approval of final detailed plans, specifications and calculations for grading, drainage, water, sewer, fire protection, streets, sidewalks, parking lot and tree preservation. The information submitted for the plat review process was reviewed for general concept only. All public improvements are subject to additional review and approval All improvements shall comply with the City's current requirements. Committee Discussion Vinson: Ron, did you have anything? Petrie: No. Odom. You are recommending approval? Vinson: Yes. Odom. Mr. Williams do you want to say anything? Williams. I was just telling them prior to the meeting that there is guy really interested in buying the house and 5 acres. I'm not for sure he's going to and but he's talking that way. I don't know how that will work out yet. Odom. Can we approve this at this level? Vinson: Yes. Public Comment • Transcript of a Meeting of the Subdivision Committee July 15, 1999 Page 3 None. Further Discussion Williams: I guess I need to mention the county requested that I put a culvert on the 20 foot right of way. If I sell the house and 5 acres, hopefully, that won't be needed. Odom: I would have you ask the county about that. Williams: I wanted to bring that up and make sure. Vinson: We do have a 45 foot right of way along Double Springs Road. Odom. Have all the conditions -- Vinson: Yes, all the conditions have been met. MOTION • Marr: I move approval of LS99-17. Odom: Whose going to second? Ward: I'll second that. • Odom: We have unanimous decision to go ahead and approve it. That means that this does not have to go on to Planning Commission. Vinson: That's right. Meeting adjourned at 8:35 a.m.
