Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas. ITEMS CONSIDERED LS99-8: Shoemaker, pp 242 FP99-3: Charleston Place, pp 370 MEMBERS PRESENT Lorel Hoffman Lee Ward Conrad Odom STAFF PRESENT Tim Conklin Janet Johns Ron Petrie Chuck Rutherford Dawn Warrick ACTION TAKEN Approved Withdrawn by applicant MEMBERS ABSENT STAFF ABSENT • • • Minutes of Subdivision Committee April 29, 1999 Page 2 LS99-8: LOT SPLIT SHOEMAKER, pp242 This item was submitted by Jo Ann Wilkins on behalf of Rebecca Shoemaker for property located at 4797 West Weir Road. The property is in the planning growth are and contains approximately 10 acres The request is to split the property into two tracts of approximately 2 acres and 8 acres. Jo Ann Wilkins was present on behalf of the project. Committee Discussion Warrick. This lot split is in our growth area. It is outside the City limits. It was reviewed at Technical Plat Review on April 14. Items that we discussed included dedication of right of way because the south property line of this overall plat is located adjacent to a collector street on the City's Master Street Plan which is a proposed extension of Lyerly Lane. Therefore, they have agreed to the dedication and shown it on this revised plan. We discussed the park fees, sidewalks, and tree preservation are not required because this is a county project. This project has been approved by the County Planning Office. There are no outstanding issues. Public Comment None. Further Committee Discussion Wilkins: I'm with Coldwell Banker Faucette and I'm representing Rebecca Shoemaker and here with me is the buyer. We are in agreement with the requirements. Conklin: They have dedicated the right of way and there are no issues that need to be resolved. Warrick: This can be approved at this level. MOTION Mr. Odom made a motion to approve the lot split. Mr. Ward seconded the motion. Ms. Hoffman concurred. • • Minutes of Subdivision Committee April 29, 1999 Page 3 FP99-3: FINAL PLAT CHARLESTON PLACE SUBDIVISION, pp 370 This item was submitted by Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen and Associates on behalf of Greg House for property located east of Old Wire Road and south of Elmwood Drive. The property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential, and contains approximately 12.84 acres with 51 lots proposed. Hoffman: This item has been removed by the applicant. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 a.m.
