MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on
Thursday, November 14, 1991 at 10:30 a.m., in Room 326 of the City
Administration Building, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Joe Tarvin, Charles Nickle, and Jana
Britton
OTHERS PRESENT:
Don Bunn, Becky Bryant, Sharon
Langley, Mel Milholland
FINAL PLAT - WOODVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION
LARRY HAINES - W OF SASSAFRAS HILL RD., N OF HWY 45
The only item on the agenda was a request for approval of a final
plat for Woodview Estates Subdivision presented by Mel Milholland
for property located west of Sassafras Hill Road, north of Highway
45. The property consists of 31.85 acres with 11 proposed lots.
The property is outside the city limits.
Mr. Milholland explained that the subdivision was near completion.
None of the members of the Subdivision Committee had any comments
regarding the plat.
Ms. Bryant stated the length of the cul-de-sac had been mentioned
at the plat review meeting. She explained that, while the
ordinance specified 500 feet, a good rule of thumb was to estimate
10 vehicle trips per day per residence.
MOTION
Mr. Nickle moved to recommend approval of the plat.
Mr. Tarvin seconded the motion.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
