MINUTES OF THE SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION
A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning
Commission was held on Monday, September 8, 1986 at 4:15 p.m. in Room
111 of the city Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Sue Madison
CHARTER VISTA HOSPITAL - LSD ADDITION
4253 CROSSOVER ROAD - GARY CARNAHAN
Today's item of oonsideration was a proposed addition to Charter Vista
Hospital for an offiee addition, located at 4253 Crossover Rd. This
property is zoned C-1, Neighborhood Commeraial Distriat.
Sandra Carlisle stated Jim Lindsey owned all the surrounding property
and would sign a plat for proof of notification to property owners.
Jaoks asked about screening requirements and Gary Carnahan said the
property was surrounded by C-1. Jaaks then said there was R-0 on
the West and South side of this property. Green stated Charter Vista
property was completely surrounded
that would have been required to
with the previous building permit
MOTION
by C-1. Carnahan stated any sereening
protect the R-0 would have been done
for Charter Vista Hospital.
Green moved approval of this LSD, contingent upon proof of notification
of the adjoining property owner, seconded by Jacks. The motion vas
unanimously approved.
