MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission was held
October 8, 1982 in the Chamber of Commerce Board Room at 1:30 P.M.

Don Hunnicutt
Barbara Crook, Melanie Stockdell, David Williams
Bobbie Jones, Suzanne Kennedy
It was decided that the Minutes of MINUTES
the Subdivision Committee meeting of August 20,
1982 should be attached to the next Subdivision
Committee agenda so that they might be considered for approval.
Bobbie Jones stated all FINAL PLAT
requirements listed by her in HAMESTRING SOUTH ADDITION
Plat Review comments for the Planning LESTER LONGWITH
Office have been complied with, except
that she still needs to get some information
back from ArkLa on the gas easement.
Don Hunnicutt stated everything looked in order to him but that he would
recommend passing this item on to the Planning Commission for approval.
In the absence of the majority
of Subdivision Committee members, it
was decided the last item on the agenda
would be sent directly to the Planning
Commission at its meeting on Monday,
October 11.
