MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission was
held on Monday, June 11, 1979, at 4:15 o'clock P.M. in the Board of Directors
Room, City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Keith Newhouse, Beth Crocker, Newton Hailey and Bill
Kisor.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Gail Biswell, members of the press.
Chairman Newhouse called the meeting to order.
Newton Hailey asked that page 1 of the minutes
of the previous meeting of May 25, 1979, be corrected
to reflect that Carl Russell is an architect, not
an engineer. Mr. Hailey also asked that page 3 of
those minutes be amended to add his request "that it
be put somewhere on public record that lots 3 $ 4
would be sitting on fill" to the contingencies of the
recommendation made to the Planning Commission on
Cedarwood Addition. With those corrections and amend-
ments, the minutes of said meeting were approved.
Mrs. Jones noted that this item had been with-
drawn from the agenda upon the request of N.W. Engi-
neers since they had not been able to obtain proof
of notification of all adjoining property owners.
Bill Kisor moved to table the item until the
next meeting or until complete notification could be
obtained. Beth Crocker seconded the motion, which
passed unanimously (4-0).
There was no one present to represent this item
and therefore, Bill Kisor moved to table same. Beth
Crocker seconded the motion, which passed unanimously
(4-0).

There being no further business to come before the meeting, said meeting
adjourned at 4:30 o'clock P.M.
