A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission was held
on Monday,y February 27, 1978, at 4:30 P. M., in the City Administration Building,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Bill Kisor, Newton Hailey, Keith Newhouse,
Larry Wood.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Angie Medlock, Ervan Wimberly, Harry Gray.
Chairman Ernest Jacks called the meeting to order.
Bill Kisor made a motion to approve the minutes of the
February 27, 1978 meeting as mailed. Keith Newhouse
seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The only item for consideration was the final
plat of Phase I, Westwind Subdivision, located
north of Township Road and east of College
Avenue; J. B. Hays, and Jim Younkin, developers.
This is a Planned Unit Development.
Bill Kisor made a motion to recommend approval'of the final plat of Phase 1,
Westwind Subdivision, with the requirement that it meet the Plat Review comments.
Newton Hailey seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
