The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 5:00 P. M., Monday,
July 18, 1977, in the Board of Directors Room, City Administration Building,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Ernest Jacks, Bill Kisor, Keith Newhouse.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Jack Ray, Larry Wood.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Angie Medlock, Billy Bond.
Chairman Ernest Jacks called the meeting to order.
Keith Newhouse made a motion that the minutes of the July 11, MINUTES
1977 meeting be approved as mailed. Bill Kisor seconded the
motion which passed unanimously.
The only item for discussion was the approval of the DANVER'S RESTAURANT
Large Scale Development plan for Danver's Restaurant Large Scale Development
located on College Avenue, between Longview and Harold College Avenue
Streets; Duane Nelson, developer.
Billy Bond, with Wellington Construction Corporation, was present to represent.
After a short discussion, Keith Newhouse made a motion to approve the large scale
development plan for Danver's Restaurant.
Bill Kisor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:15 P. M.
