The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning
June 27, 1977, in the Board of Directors Room,
Arkansas.

Commission met at 4:30 P. M., Monday,
City Administration Building, Fayetteville,
Chairman Ernest Jacks, Keith Newhouse, Bill Kisor, Larry Wood.
Jack Ray.
Dr. John Andre, Angie Medlock, Bobbie Jones, David McWethy.
Chairman Ernest Jacks called the meeting to order.
The minutes of the Subdivision Committee meeting of June 13, 1977,
were approved as mailed.
The only item for discussion was the
Plat of Amrita Acres, a Planned Unit
West of the intersection of Old Wire
East; John Andre, developer.

John Andre was present to represent.
After some discussion, Keith Newhouse made a motion to recommend approval of the final
plat of Amrita Acres contingent upon the following corrections being made: 1) the 25 foot
building setback be dimensioned from the new right-of-way; 2) the sidewalk be show to go
the complete distance along the West side of Old Wire Road; 3) waive the scale to allow
1 inch equals 50 feet; 4) change the wording on the signature block from "Chairman" of
the Planning Commission to "secretary"; 5) the 10 feet additional right-of-way extend
the complete distance on the east side of the subdivision; and 6) add an iron pin where
the curve reverses in Lot 1.
Bill Kisor seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 P. M.
