The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 4:15 P. M.,
Monday, April 11, 1977, in the Board of Directors Room, City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Ernest Jacks, Bill.Kisor, Keith Newhouse, Jack Ray,
MEMBERS ABSENT: Larry Wood.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Angie Medlock.
Chairman Ernest Jacks called the meeting to order. Jack Ray arrived late.
The minutes of the March 28, 1977 meeting were approved as mailed. MINUTES
The only item for discussion was the approval of the HYLAND PARK
Final Plat for Hyland Park, Phase 3, Block 6, located Final Plat
East of Crossover Road (Highway 265) between Phases 1 Phase 3, Block 6
and 2; Developer, Hyland Park, Inc.
No one was present to represent.
Bobbie Jones mentioned that they need to indicate the radius of the cul-de-sac on
Hyland Park Road, and need to dimension the triangular easement between Lots 3 and 4.
Keith Newhouse asked what the triangular easement was for and Bobbie Jones said she
didn't know.
Keith Newhouse made a motion to accept the final plat for Hyland Park, Phase 3, Block 6,
with two stipulations --(1) that the radius on the cul-de-sac on Hyland Park Road be
dimensioned, and (2) indicate the distance of the easement from the lot corners on
Lots 3 and 4. Bill Kisor seconded the motion, which passed 3-0-1 with Jack Ray
abstaining because he arrived too late to hear the discussion on the subject.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:35 P. M.
