. The Subdivision Committee to the Fayetteville Planning Commission met at
4:30 P. M.,, Monday, May -10., 1976, in the Board of Directors Room, City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas._
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Ernest Jacks-, Keith, Newhouse, Bill Kisor, Jack Ray,
Larry Wood.,
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
OTHERS PRESENT: Greg Dowers, Bobbie Jones, Janet Bowen.
The meeting was called to order by, Chairman Ernest Jacks.
The minutes of the April 26th Subdivision Committee meeting were approved MINUTES
as mailed.
WOODED HOLLOW ESTATES
The only item for discussion was the proposed final plat Proposed Final Plat
of Wooded Hollow Estates (outside the City Limits but inside the Planning Area).
Developer, Gregory Dowers.
Planning Administrator Bobbie Jones told the Subdivision Committee that
Mr. Mattke now had water plans and specifications and she was not aware of any
other problems.
There being no problems found after reviewing the Plat Review Committee minutes,
Bill Kisor moved to approve the proposed final plat of Wooded Hollow Estates.
The motion, seconded by Jack Ray was approved unanimously.
There was no further discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:37 P. M.
