MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION. COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting.o£ the.Subdiyision Committee to the Fayetteville.Planning Commission
was held at 3;40.P,:M, Tuesday; January 27,.19764 in the.Board of Directors Room,
City Administration Building, Fayetteville; Arkansas,
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, John Power (arrived at 3:45 P. M.)
MEMBERS ABSENT:
OTHERS PRESENT:
None.
Commissioners Keith. Newhouse and Peg Anderson, Bobbie Jones,
Janet Bowen.
PERIMETER PLAZA
The only item for discussion was the Preliminary Plat Preliminary Plat
of Perimeter Plaza a proposed commercial subdivision Zion Road F, Highway 71 North
to be located on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Zion Road and
North College Avenue (Highway 71 North) Owners and developers are Jim Lindsey,
Joe Fred Starr, Dr. 4 Mrs. J. B. Hays, and J. B. Hays P. S. Trust (J. B. Hays and
Frank Grammer Trustees).
After reviewing the Plat Review minutes the only problem that was found was the
spacing of the street lights.
Planning Administrator Bobbie Jones said they had indicated at the Plat Review
Committee meeting that they would be asking for a waiver on street light spacing.
Mr. Jacks commented that he was in favor of the way the location of the street lights
as shown on the plat and indicated that he would be in favor of recommending a waiver.
There was no further discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:55 P. M.
