MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
A committee consisting of Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston, Planning Consultant
Larry Wood, and Director Russell Purdy to discuss possible changes in the
Subdivision Regulations met at 3:00 P. M. on this date (September 9, 1975).
Since the discussion continued until 4:00 P. M. (which is the time Planning
Commission meets) and two of the members on the above mentioned committee are
also on the Subdivision Committee, there was no time left for a Subdivision
Committee meeting. Mrs. Edmiston did not remain for the Planning Commission
meeting.
However, Mr. Jacks discussed the Large Scale Development Plan of Ozark Bowling
Lanes for a short time with Planning Administrator Bobbie Jones and the only
problems were the additional 10 feet of right-of-way which needed to be dedicated
along Highway 71 North, the two easements needed by Southwestern Bell Telephone
and the approval by the Board of Adjustment on their request to vary the required
number of parking spaces.
Mr. Jacks was ready to report these findings to the Planning Commission for
discussion.
