A meeting of the Subdivision Committee to the Fayetteville Planning Commission
was.held-Tuesday, at 3:50 P. M. in the Board of Directors Room, City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas. (May 13, 1975).
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks', Helen Edmiston.
MEMBERS ABSENT: John Power.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Janet Bowen.

After reviewing the Plat Review Committee 2355 North Gregg Avenue
minutes the only problem the Subdivision Large Scale Development
Committee found with this Large Scale Development was the question of whether or
not the Planning Commission would want to waive the requirement for 10 feet of
additional right-of-way for Gregg Avenue for the Major Street Plan. (Gregg
is shown as having 30 feet of right-of-way now and minor streets require 50 feet.
Ordinarily, 10 feet of additional right-of-way would have to be dedicated from
each side of the street. However, in this case, Gregg Avenue is proposed to be
moved to the East side of the railroad tracks.)
The last item for discussion was the revision of the approved McILROY BANK
Large Scale Development Plan for Mcllroy Bank to construct Revision of Approved L.S.D
a branch bank at the proposed extension of North and Garland. North $ Garland
This Large Scale Development was approved at the April 22, 1975 Planning Commission
Meeting. Since that time, however, they have gone to the Board of Adjustment and
were granted a variance where only an 80 foot setback from the existing centerline
of North Street was required (for future addition).
Mr Jacks said it was now necessary for the Planning Commission to amend this
restriction to 80 feet rather than the 90 feet.
The Subdivision Committee found no problems with this revision.
There was no further business.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 P. M.
