A meeting of the Subdivision Committee to the Fayetteville Planning
Commission was held at 3:40 P,M. Tuesday, March -25, 1975 in the Board
of Directors Room, City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston, John Power.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Janet Bowen.

The only item for consideration by the L S. D.
Subdivision Committee was the Large Scale Development Plan of Dr. J. B. Hays,
at 2844 North College Avenue, to build a new 40' x 80' building adjacent
to the North wall of Cook's Paint Store to be used for an automotive parts
store.
After reviewing the Plat Review Notes Mr. Jacks pointed out that the on-site
drainage should be kept off the highway.
The Subdivision Committee agreed that there were no other problemsconcerning
this and were ready to recommend to the Planning Commission the approval of
the Large Scale Development with the stipulation that the drainage be kept
off of the highway.
There were no further comments.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:50 P. M.
