MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning Commission
was held at 3:50 P.M. Tuesday, February 11, 1975, in the Board of Directors
Room, City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston.
MEMBERS ABSENT: John Power.
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, Janet Bowen.

1790 Birch Avenue
The only item to be considered by the Large Scale Development
Subdivision Committee was the Large Scale Development Plan of Donal L. and
Gilford L. Heckathorn for property located at 1790 Birch Avenue.
After reviewing the Plat Review minutes on this item Mr. Jacks noted that
there were really no problems except that 5 feet of additional right-of-way
needed to be provided by the developer on Birch Avenue. He also noted that
Mr. Mattke, City Engineer, had not made comments pertaining to this.
After a short discussion the Subdivision Committee was ready to recommend
to the Planning Commission the approval of the Large Scale Development Plan
with the stipulation that the 5 feet of right-of-way on Birch be given and
that they satisfy the City Engineer.
