A special meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning
Commission was held at 8:50 A, M. Monday, December 23, 1974, in the Board
of Directors Room, City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston, Al Hughes.
MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
BALDWIN PIANO COMPANY

The only item to be discusssd was the Large Scale Development Plan of
Baldwin Piano Company for a proposed addition for storage and some office
space and also a separate meeting room.
The Subdivision Committee looked over the plans and Plat Review Notes and
found no problems with this proposed addition.
The Subdivision Committee was ready to recommend the approval of the
Large Scale Development of Baldwin Piano based on them being in agreement
with the City.
There was no further discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 A. M.
