MINUTES OF A SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning Commission
was held at 3:40 P. M. Tuesday, October 22, 1974, in the Directors Room,
City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Al Hughes.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Helen .Edmiston.
CITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: Bobbie Jones.

1501 Cato Springs Road
The Subdivision Committee discussed the Large Scale Development Plan to place a
storage building on the City Water and Sewer Departments Operation Center property
at 1501 Cato Springs Road.
Mr. Jacks said there was no problem on this other than an additional 5 feet of
right-of-way that is needed on Cato Springs Road.
Bobbie Jones pointed out that this property also runs along Highway 265 South
and 5 feet of additional right-of-way is also needed there. The City owns this
property but will have to dedicate itself 5 feet of additional right-of-way.
The Subdivision Committee was prepared to recommend to the Planning Commission
the approval of this Large Scale Development with the provision that 5 feet of
additional right-of-way on Cato Springs Road and Highway 265 South be dedicated.
There was no further discussion.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 P. M.
