A meeting of the. Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning Commission
was held at 3:30 P. M. Tuesday, September 24, 1974, in the Directors Room,
City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas
MEMBERS PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston, Al Hughes
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Bobbie Jones, David McWethy, Janet Bowen
HYLAND PARK, PHASE 2
Hyland Park, Inc.
The only item for discussion was the proposed final plat
to replat Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20, Block 5 of Hyland Park, Phase 2, submitted by
Hyland Park, Inc. and Rupert Stuart. It was discussed and the Committee was of the
opinion that the only problem was that Lot 16 needed to be included in the re -plat
or the cul de sac should be redrawn so as not to affect Lot 16; also the easement
between Lots 19 and 20 needs to be dimensioned.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:50 P. M.
