The Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning Commission met at
11.00 A.M., Monday, August 27, 1973, in the Office of City Planning, City
Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Members Present: Ernest Jacks, Helen Edmiston, Al Hughes.
Members Absent: None.
The Subdivision Committee met to review a large scale development EPPERLY GREENHOUSES
plan to erect two additional greenhouses on the Dan Epperly property Mt. Comfort Rd.
on Mt. Comfort Road. The property is zoned R-1 and the greenhouses L.S.Development
are a conditional use.
After looking at the plan and reviewing the comments made by the Plat
Review Committee, Ernest Jacks stated that there looked like there were
no problems involved in this. He moved to approve the issuance of a
building permit without the necessity of going to the Planning Commission.
Al Hughes seconded the motion which was approved unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 11.10 A.M.
