Present: Harold Lieberenz, Roy Clinton, Helen Edmiston. Absent: Ernest Jacks. A question had been raised concerning the proposed final plat of Cummings -Goff Subdivision. It would be necessary to check with the gas company to see if they would need to use some East-West easements. These are designed for drainage and if the gas company needs easements, more must be shown. Also, along Highway No. 45 should 10 ft. be dedicated to satisfy the Major Street Plan or should the setback be increased to allow for the 10 ft. The Committee decided to recommend the Planning Commission delay action on this until someone could check with the gas company and David Malone, City Attorney. If it is legal and the City can require platting, the ROW should be dedicated; if it is not legal, the setback should be increased to 35 ft. CUMMINGS-GOFF SUBD.
