The Subdivision Committee of the Fayetteville Planning Commission met
op at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, November 3, 1970, in the Directors Room, City
Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Members Present: Roy Clinton, Helen Edmiston, Harold Lieberenz.
Members Absent: Ernest Jacks.
The first item discussed was the Informal Plat to Replat Lot 17,
Block 1, Oakland Hills Addition. The two lots as platted meet all
the minimum zoning and subdivision requirements. The Committee was
prepared to recommend to the Planning Commission that the Informal
Plat be approved but that the building setbacks be moved back enough
to take care of future widening of Rolling Hills Drive as provided
for in Section B, Article 4, Subdivision Regulations.
The next item discussed by the Committee was the proposed Final
Plat of Wheeler -Sawyer Addition. The Committee was prepared to
recommend approval subject to the following corrections being
made on the plat:
1. 5 ft. additional utility easement along West side of
subdivision (total of 25 ft.), as some of the sewer lines
have already been laid right on the easement line.
2. Additional easements needed by the electrical company which
t the subdivider has agreed to:
10 ft. between Lots 1 and 2. Block 2,
10 ft. between Lots 4 and 5. Block 1, and
5 ft. between Lots 5 and 6, Block 2.
3. Enter into Subdivider's Contract as sewer lines are not
completed.

Final Plat
The subject of Spring Brook Mobile Home Community was brought up.
Mr. Smith wants to move it on through. Clearance has not been SPRING BROOK MOBILE
given by City Engineer as he is waiting for some corrections to HOME COMMUNITY
plan. This will be held up until the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:50 P.M.
