Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz. The Subdivision Committee met to consider the Preliminary Plat of the Rushing Ridge Subdivision, Parking Rushing, developer. PRELIMINARY PLAT James A. Vizzier, Planner, has requested to be permitted RUSHING RIDGE SUBDIVISION to include an existing gravel road, Rushing Ridge Road, in the plans without relocating the road. At present some grades exceed 15%. The Committee discussed the grade problem, and the problem of getting water and sewer service to the proposed subdivision. All of the utility companies have reviewed the plat. The Arkansas Western Gas Company and the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company recuested additional easements. The surfacing and width of the road be brought up to acceptable standards.
