MINUTES OF A
COMMITTEE IMI TING
The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at
9:30 A.M., Thursday, December 11, 1969.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz.
The first plat discussed was the preliminary subdivision plat
for Butterfield Addition. The subdivision is located West of Preliminary Plat
Old Wire Road North. BUTTERFIELD ADDITION
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee was prepared to recommend
to the City Planning Commission that the preliminary subdivision
plat of Butterfield Addition be accepted with the following
stipulations:
(1) Place a North arrow on the plat.
(2) Appears that some street grades will be 15% and
will have to be concrete pavement.
(3) Evidence that the property owner to the South,
Mr. Paul Spencer, has seen the plat.
(4) That Oakcliff Street be paved from Loxley Avenue
to East boundary of proposed subdivision; also,
that Hilldale Street be paved from Loxley Avenue
to the East boundary of the proposed subdivision.
The next item for consideration was the final subdivision
plat of Replat of Lots 41 and 42 of Part 1 of Sherwood
Forest Estates.
After some discussion the Subdivision Committee was prepared

to recommend to the City Planning Commission that this plat
be accepted with the following stipulations:
(1) That the final plat as submitted is not satisfactory
to receive the Secretary of the Planning Commission
signature and that the Engineer needs to furnish
the City a mylar print of this final plat for the
various parties to sign.
(2) Place a North arrow on the final plat.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
