• The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met
at 10:35 A.M., Thursday, October 16, 1969.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz.
The first plat discussed was the preliminary subdivision , Preliminary Plat
plat for Red Arrow Subdivision No, 3. The subdivision is 2BED ARROW SUBDIVISION NO. 3
located West of State Highway No. 265.
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee was prepared
to recommend to the City Planning Commission that the
preliminary subdivision plat of Red Arrow Subdivision No.
3 be accepted with the following stipulations:
1. A location map be furnished.
2. A date be entered on the preliminary plat.
3. Easement be provided for 24 -inch raw water line
running across front of some lots.
4• Property must be rezoned. Presently zoned
A-1, Annexed Territory, and lots are too small
for that zoning.
5• City Engineer must approve street grades and
proposed water main.
The next item for consideration was a plan for the SHENANDOAH MOBILE HOME PARK
proposed Shenandoah Mobile Home Park submitted by Kemp-
• Christner & Associates, Inc. This park is to be located
on the North side of the Highway 16 By-pass just West of
Happy Hollow Road.
After some discussion, the Subdivision Committee was
prepared to recommend to the City Planning Commission that this
plan be accepted if the following requirements were met:
1. Submit legal description of platted area.
2. Show total acreage of Park on plans.
3. _Obtain written approval for sewer and water from City
Engineer.
4. Submit topographic map.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 11:10 AMi
