The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at
9:15 a.m., Thursday, September U. 1969.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberena.
On the agenda for this meeting was the proposed preliminary
plat of a replat of lots 41 and 42, Part 1, Sherwood Forest
Estates.
A single property owner has purchased the entire 2 lots which
contain a 20 -foot utility easement down the center of the
property between the 2 lots. He desires to build one large house
in the center of these 2 lots; said house being placed directly
over the utility easement.
Following a brief discussion the Subdivision Committee decided
to recommend to the Planning Commission that they approve the
preliminary plat on condition that the utility companies have
no objection.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:30 a.m.
