The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at
3:45 p.m., Tuesday, July 15, 1969, in the Directors Room of the
City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz.
The only plat considered at this meeting was the preliminary
subdivision plat of 19heeler-Sawyer Subdivision.
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee was prepared to
recommend to the City Planning Commission that the preliminary
subdivision plat of Wheeler -Sawyer Subdivision be accepted
with the following stipulations:
1. The right of way ;alignment of Winwood Drive needs to match
the right of xray on Winwood Subdivision on the north.
2. Lot 1, Block 1, has noFroad-tiin"front of it.
3. Paving is required in fiont of Lot 1, Block 1.
4. Recommend increasing all utility easements to 15 feet,
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
