Subdivision
Committee
of the City Planning Commission met June 17, 1969
at 3:45
p.m. in
the City
Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz.
The first plat discussed was the final subdivision plat filed by Paul Young,
Jr. The subdivision, Rockwood Addition, is located on the north side of
Rockwood Trail.
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee was prepared to recommend to the
City Planning Commission that the final Subdivision plat of Rockwood;
Addition, be accepted with the following stipulations:
1. The necessary subdivision improvement contract be executed.
2. The 5.1 utility easement on east side of subdivision be lettered.
3. The dimensions of west property on lots 25 through 29 be shown.
4. The street width of Rockwood Trail be shown.
The second plat discussed was the final subdivision plat filed by Vernon Wilson
and Irvin Wilson. The subdivision, Wilson -Wilson Subdivision, is located on
the north side of Calvin Street just west of Old Wire Road.
After some discussion, the Subdivision Committee recommended that the Planning
Commission approve the final plat of Wilson -Wilson Subdivision with the
following conditions:
• 1. A date be placed on the plat.
2. The building set back line be drawn and dimensioned 25 feet from
the streets.
3. The zoning classification be changed to read R -]A, Single Family
Residential District.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
