The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 9:00 a.m., Friday,
iApril 15, 1969, in the City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz.
The first plat discussed was the final subdivision plat filed by Leo Peel. The
subdivision, Parkwood Subdivision, is located on the southeast corner of the
intersection of Gregg Avenue and Spruce Street.
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee was prepared to recommend to the City
Planning Commission that the final subdivision plat of Parkwood Subdivision be
accepted.
The second plat discussed was the final subdivision plat filed by Benny Winborn. The
subdivision, Phase II of Winwood Estates, is located north of Highway 45 East just
north and east from Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Roy Clinton asked about the access road into this subdivision. Harold
Lieberenz stated that the subdivision contract sets out that the owner will
improve the access road within 18 months after the first building permit is
issued.
The Subdivision Committee recommended that the Planning Commission approve the
final plat of Phase II of Winwood Estates as submitted.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
