The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 11:00 A.M.
Friday, March 21, 1969, in the City Administration Building, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
PRESENT: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz
Harold Lieberenz, City Building Inspector, presented a sketch of a proposed
lot split of some property located on the North side of Calvin Street just
West of Old Wire Road North. This proposed lot split was submitted to the
Office of City Planning by Mr. Vernon Wilson with a request that the Planning
Commission accept this sketch as an informal plat of the property.
After discussion, the Subdivision Committee recommended that the owner
provide street right-of-way for the extension of Broadview Drive to the
South and that Mr. Vernon Wilson be required to file an informal Subdivision
Plat and follow the informal plat procedure required by the Subdivision R"
gulations.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 A.M.
