The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 9:00 A. M.,
Friday, January 17, 1969, in the City Administration Building, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz
The only item of business was the Final Plat of Eastgate Addition.
Harold Lieberenz, City Building Inspector, stated that there were no problems
concerning this plat and that everything seemed to be in order.
On a motion by Ernest Jacks and second by Roy Clinton the Final Plat of
Eastgate Addition was unanimously approved.
Mr. Lieberenz then ask the Subdivision Committee to recommend to the Planning
Commission that authorization be given to the Building Inspectors' Office to
grant a building permit for construction on one or two lots of Eastgate
Addition, prior to the Board of Directors' Approval of the Plat.
The Subdivision Committee discussed this briefly and approved Mr. Lieberenz's
request.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:20 A. M.
