• The Subdivision Committee of the City Planning Commission met at 9:00 A.M.,
Tuesday, November 12, 1968, in the Directors' Room of the City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Present: Ernest Jacks, Roy Clinton, Harold Lieberenz
The first plat considered was a preliminary plat of Eastgate Addition.
Harold Lieberenz, City Building Inspector, stated that the plat seemed to be
in good order and it was his recommendation that the Subdivision Committee
approve the plat and recommend that the Planning Commission approve the plat.
There being no discussion the Subdivision Committee recommended that the
Planning Commission approve the preliminary plat of Eastgate Addition as
submitted.
The next plat considered was the preliminary plat of Rockwood Addition.
Mr. Lieberenz told the members that there were a few changes to be made that
could be worked out before the final plat was submitted and he recommended
approval of the preliminary plat of Rockwood Addition.
The Subdivision Committee, after a
brief discussion,
recommended
to the
Planning Commission approval of the
preliminary plat
of Rockwood
Addition.
• The last plat considered at this meeting was the final plat of Country Club
Estates.
Mr. Lieberenz told the Committee that there were a few changes needed to make
the plat complete and that the plat, as submitted, was a photograph rather
than an India Ink drawing as required by the Ordinance.
After some discussion the Subdivision Committee recommended that the plat be
approved and sent on to the Planning Commission for approval.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
