Present: Roy Clinton, Ernest Jacks, Harold Lieberenz. The first item .. Committee was the Final plat of Winwood Estates, %rold Lieberens, City Building Inspector, made the following remarks concerning the plat as related to needed changes andadditions, 1. Need to identify the building set back line. 2. Show the Southwest corner of the East half of the Fractional Northwest quarter of section 2. 3@ Locate the streets in the North part of the subdivision. 4. Addition of space for the Mayor to sign the plate 3. Need to make note or labbl 20 foot radii on property line at I all street intersections, 6* Note needed on plat. "Cul do sac turn arounds to revert back to property owners when streets are extended." After stating these minor changes Yr. Lieberens suggested that the Committw� recommend to the Planning Commission that approval of the plat be me The being no discussion the Subdivision Committee recommended that the Planning Commission approve the final plat of Winwood Estates, subject to Tooded changes and additions to the plat, and the owners furnish the contract. The second plat for consideration was the preliminary plat of Westhill The City Building Inspector stated that there were no major problems, but that there were a few minor changes that were needed. They are as follows: 1. The legal description of the plat must be given from a section corner rather than from Blocks of the Evans Farm, 2. Southwestern Electric Company requests easements to be extended to the atreettlines throughout the Subdivision. 3• The City Street Supt., M. V. Parker, Jr., stated that there will be grade problems and drainage problems. .1� 4. All radius should be shown on the plat and they must be 20 foot radius or more. grades5. Grades on new street run approximately 8.75% to 20.c%. Streets with Subdivision.After a short discussion, Kro Lieberens recommended that the Committee request the Planning Commission to accept and approve the preliminary plat of Weethill The Subdivision Committee did so recommend approval, subject -to working out the street paving plane, drainage, water and a r distuibuticn system with the City Engineer. The last plat for study was the Final plat of the Brophy Subdivision. The items below are minor corrections and other problems as suggested the City Building Inspector. I 1. Need to indicate where the Southeast corner of the SWilof the SW} is located on the plat. 2. A 10 foot utility easement will be needed on the North side of Lot 18, Block 3. 3. Name Deborah Street on the final plat. 4. A place for the mayor to sign the plat below the space signed by the City Clerk is needed on the plat. JIG The meeting adjourned at 9:35 A. M. to a51
